This Driver Package contains a Microsoft-signed version of the Xmidi driver that was provided on the Xmidi Installation disk This release contains all software needed to support the Xmidi 1x1 and 2x2 MIDI interfaces.­ Before you installBefore you install: If you have experienced a fault in any audio applications,­ you should reboot Windows before applying this update Exit all applications before installing these updates.­ Driver Package V1.­01 contains the following: Driver Version# 5.­12.­1.­2 (Windows XP/­x64/­Vista Build) Fixes: This package provides a signed version of the Xmidi driver.­ Signed drivers provide the following advantages: Windows will no longer display the unsigned drivers dialog during the installation process; and Windows will automatically use the installed Xmidi drivers when a new Xmidi unit is attached to the computer.­ Minimum System Requirements: Intel EM64T or AMD AMD64 processor Intel,­ AMD or 100%­ compatible motherboard &­ chipset 256 megabytes (MB) of RAM or higher 900 MB of free hard disk space XVGA Video (1024 x 768) Microsoft Windows XP SP2 or Professional Microsoft Windows x64 Edition or Microsoft Vista E-MU Xmidi USB MIDI interface.­
